고객 문의 및 피드백
We continuously work to improve our site — your feedback is incredibly valuable to us and helps us build better tools for everyone.
Your Privacy: We do not share your email address or use it for marketing purposes.
Reporting a Bug
Found a wrong result or a broken feature? Before emailing, note down a few helpful details so we can reproduce and fix it quickly:
- The calculator page you were using.
- The exact values you entered.
- The result you saw, and the result you expected.
- Your browser and operating system (e.g., Chrome 123 on Windows 11).
- Whether the problem also happens in a private/incognito window.
Reports with these details usually get fixed within days. Screen recordings or screenshots are always welcome.
Our Accuracy Standards
Calculators are only useful if you can trust the result. Each tool on this site is built with its formulas documented on the page, and the math is checked against known reference values before release. When you report a discrepancy, we re-check the formula against multiple sources and publish a note on the page if anything changes.
If you ever find a calculation that does not match your bank statement, tax form, or textbook, that is the kind of bug we most want to hear about. Wrong results waste everyone's time, so accuracy issues always take priority over cosmetic or layout feedback.
Suggesting a New Calculator
Is there a calculation you keep doing by hand that we don't cover yet? Tell us what it is, who typically needs it, and roughly what it does. Every calculator on this site started as a request or an observation about what people actually search for — yours could be next.
What's Next at CalculatorsDaily
We add new tools on a regular schedule. Recent releases have covered finance, health, and everyday arithmetic, and the pipeline currently includes more date-and-time helpers, household budgeting tools, and additional scientific utilities. If you use a calculation every day that is still missing from the site, your suggestion is exactly the kind of request we prioritize.
We also spend time polishing existing calculators: clearer labels, better explanations, and faster pages. Because everything is built in-house and does not depend on third-party services, we can respond to suggestions quickly. Our goal is simple — a free, fast, and trustworthy calculator for almost any everyday problem.
How We Use Your Feedback
Every message we receive is read by a person, not filtered by an automated system. Bug reports are logged with the details you provide, reproduced where possible, and fixed in order of how many people they affect. Feature suggestions go into a roadmap we review weekly, and the most-requested calculators are built first — that is how several of our current tools came to exist.
When we make a change based on your feedback, we update the related page so the improvement is visible to everyone. We cannot always reply with a detailed plan, but every message is considered. If a feature you asked for appears later, it may well have started with your email.
We also read the questions you send us to spot confusion. When several people ask about the same thing, we add a short explanation or FAQ entry to the page so the answer is easy to find for everyone who follows.
Response Times
We read every message and typically reply within 48 hours on business days. Messages sent on weekends or holidays are answered on the following working day. "My calculator looks wrong" reports get the fastest turnaround — we treat a possible wrong result as a high priority.
Please check the FAQ section below and the help sections on each calculator page first, since the answer may already be there. If you already wrote to us about a topic, there is no need to send a reminder — your message is in the queue.
No Account, No Hassle
You never need to register, log in, or install anything to use CalculatorsDaily. Every tool runs right in your browser, and your numbers stay on your device — we never see or store the values you enter. Email is only used to discuss your message, and you can ask us to stop any follow-up simply by saying so. Privacy is not a feature we sell; it is the default.
