Reporting a Bug
Found a wrong result or a broken feature? Before emailing, note down a few helpful details so we can reproduce and fix it quickly:
- The calculator page you were using.
- The exact values you entered.
- The result you saw, and the result you expected.
- Your browser and operating system (e.g., Chrome 123 on Windows 11).
- Whether the problem also happens in a private/incognito window.
Reports with these details usually get fixed within days. Screen recordings or screenshots are always welcome.
Our Accuracy Standards
Calculators are only useful if you can trust the result. Each tool on this site is built with its formulas documented on the page, and the math is checked against known reference values before release. When you report a discrepancy, we re-check the formula against multiple sources and publish a note on the page if anything changes.
If you ever find a calculation that does not match your bank statement, tax form, or textbook, that is the kind of bug we most want to hear about. Wrong results waste everyone's time, so accuracy issues always take priority over cosmetic or layout feedback.

Every message we receive is read by a person, not filtered by an automated system.
